Exercises can be used to maintain the movement gained by being treated hands on, to give you a sense of control over what is happening.
I will help you find moves that can help relieve the pain as well as help condition the body towards normal exercise or physical activity you hope to take part in. Then as you progress you will have a good foundation for you to move onto general exercise and gain the localised benefits to the spine and tissues in the back of keeping it moving and improving muscular fitness but also benefit from the general health benefits of exercise.
