How to stay active in lock-down if you are not meant to leave the house.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 17:30 on Facebook. Join my group ‘Simple exercises for seniors’ to get a reminder that I am about to start.

This FREE session is low intensity exercises to keep you agile and your joints mobile. Minimal equipment required and as often as possible a choice between chair based or standing so you can do the exercises at your own level and build up.

Use it as an adjunct to other daily living activities you may be doing such as gardening, a great way to loosen up!
